114 Arhat Sthūlabhadra (Leader of the Multitude)
Borrowing arrows with straw boats succeeded because of the east wind's help; this is what is meant by "man proposes, Heaven disposes." So, even if one's calculations succeed once, they will eventually fail.
For those who receive this verse, one is too calculating, leading to mental exhaustion. One should know that man proposes, but Heaven disposes. Constant calculation is ultimately too tiring, and since Heaven's will is determined, all your elaborate schemes will still fail. It is better to scheme less and achieve a more relaxed and carefree state.
