There are no profound mysteries in worldly conduct; to achieve peace, the key lies in one's upright mind and body, and proper behavior. Disasters often arise from oneself, or originate from internal disputes. To resolve them, the key also lies internally.
For those who receive this verse, there is a concern about internal strife. One should reflect on one's recent actions and seek solutions from within to rectify them as soon as possible, otherwise the disaster will not disappear.
