189 Arhat Ratnadaṇḍa (Jewel Staff)
In the vicissitudes of life, there are often great changes, but even so, people are still greedy and insatiable. Those who are content with their lot often understand all the flavors of life, and such people receive Buddha's protection.
For those who receive this verse, one's greed is too strong. One should know that in life, one often faces great changes. If one does not know when to stop and withdraw in time, what one has gained will also be overturned in such great changes. In the end, one will have nothing and will not be able to stay safe.
