253 Arhat Bodhyavastha (Awakening and Understanding)

Dense fog covers the sky, and clouds envelop the mountains; the true appearance is obscured, and clear vision becomes blurred. Even two people meeting face to face cannot see each other. Therefore, do not enter the water if you do not know its depth, and do not linger where there are whirlpools and surging waves. Life is elusive and full of variables, and dangers may lurk everywhere.

For those who receive this verse, when facing matters, one must analyze objectively, understand thoroughly, and make cautious decisions. Never act rashly. If one is already in danger, one should retreat gracefully and withdraw in time.
