255 Arhat Amitābha (Immeasurable Light)
Craving warmth, one passes through the scorching sun, but it is like a moth flying into a flame, seeking trouble. Gold and silver treasures are also like this; everyone desires them, but the result is a mixture of blessings and misfortunes.
For those who receive this verse, one risks pursuing wealth. One should know that the desire for wealth is common to all, but the path to wealth differs. A noble person seeks wealth in a righteous way; a petty person resorts to trickery and plunder, which will surely bring evil consequences. Even if wealth is obtained, it simultaneously plants terrible seeds of disaster. Therefore, seeking wealth must be prudent and proper.
