311 Arhat Dharmasaṃgraha (Assembling the Dharma Store)
Going to the holy land to seek true scriptures, one will not stop until the goal is reached; a good man should have lofty ambitions. One should not live a mediocre life, letting things slide, otherwise, one will only be ridiculed.
For those who receive this verse, one lacks grand ambitions and adheres to old ways, not daring to open up new paths. A person should have the spirit of a great man, and even more, an unyielding pursuit of truth. With great ambitions in one's heart and tireless pursuit, one will become an outstanding talent with virtue and status.
