Like a tiny mustard seed planted in the soil, it can grow into a towering tree reaching the clouds. A little sweat from diligent effort can yield a heavy harvest. There is planting to have harvest, and effort to have reward.

One should know that great achievements start from small beginnings, and expecting immediate rewards from effort is unrealistic.
