Chrysanthemums are captivating and beautiful, while plum blossoms are known for their delicate fragrance; each has its own strengths. Mount Tai does not reject soil, hence its greatness; rivers and seas do not reject small streams, hence their depth. The stones of other mountains can be used to polish jade. If one can be prudent in life, humble, and learn from all, one will become more perfect.
