368 Arhat Mahāguṇamukha (Chief of All Virtues)
Our bodies are like dust floating in the world, and our lives are as fleeting as dreams. Time passes swiftly, and all past romantic affairs are but illusions. If one remains lazy in youth, one will surely regret and suffer in old age.
For those who receive this verse, beware of wasting time, indulging in romantic affairs, and squandering time on meaningless things. If one does not strive in youth, one will surely achieve nothing in old age. Therefore, one should strive diligently, and great deeds will surely be accomplished.
