370 Arhat Gokālika (Gokālika)

A thousand-year-old tree, with its roots deep in the ground, flourishes with branches and leaves. You have fighting spirit in your heart and righteousness before you; what else is there to linger on? Even if the path ahead is full of traps and mechanisms, you must gallop swiftly and move forward bravely.

For those who receive this verse, one's fighting spirit must not be broken. When facing matters, never shrink back. Especially when righteousness is involved, one must not hesitate or waver. One should possess the heroic spirit of Mencius, "Though I face thousands, I will go." One must strive to be first in the world, break through obstacles, and advance vigorously.
