382 Arhat Svayambhū (Self-Illuminating)

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step; a towering tree sprouts from a seed. To achieve great things, one must start with small things. Those who aim high but act superficially will accomplish nothing.

This means that while major aspects must not be overlooked, minor details must also not be missed.
