407 Arhat Revata (Revata)
Birth, old age, sickness, and death are ordinary matters. One should treat them calmly, relax one's mind and body, and cultivate good deeds and accumulate virtue with a positive attitude, benefiting all beings. Doing good is a blessing.
For those who receive this verse, one may currently be plagued by illness or hidden ailments. Birth and death are an irreversible natural law; one cannot avoid or escape them. Face life and death with grace, and view life calmly. This transcendent mindset is most conducive to the prevention and treatment of diseases. Therefore, adjusting one's mindset is the best medicine. With a good mindset, combined with medication, one may unexpectedly recover; with a good mindset, one may even recover without medication.
