426 Arhat Samantalaṅkāra (Universal Adornment)

Life is impermanent, and destiny is unpredictable. However, as time shifts, "thirty years in the east of the river, thirty years in the west of the river" – good fortune may come the very next second after hardship. Why lament destiny's cruelty and worry about a dim future in vain?

For those who receive this verse, one is currently trapped in a quagmire of hardship. In life, perseverance is precious. Do not complain when desperate. Grit your teeth and persevere, and the god of destiny will likely favor you. Auspicious stars will naturally shine, difficulties will be resolved, and success will surely come.
